Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket and table sales are final. If the show is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, your purchase will be refunded in full to your original payment method. For any issue with your order, email info@upstatecardshow.com and we'll help.
Tickets
Admission tickets are delivered by email as a QR code. Bring it on your phone or printed — we scan it once at the door. Kids 12 & under are free with a paying adult.
Merchandise Pickup
Merchandise ordered online is picked up at the show — we don't ship. Show your order confirmation at the merch table.
Privacy
We collect only what's needed to process your order (name and email, handled by PayPal). We never sell your information. Payments are processed securely by PayPal — we never see or store your card details.
